This panel will discuss both sides of the personal data equation. You’ll learn about what companies should be looking to collect in order to leverage their data stores, how the best companies do it, and what value it generates. And you’ll also learn about how to handle the complex web of laws and regulations that exist today regarding the handling of such data. The panel will discuss electronic and handling of data and physical storage and access. They will cover highly regulated data such as health information and financial data, but also data that many people believe to be unregulated.
