Genevieve has helped her clients resolve difficult legal issues to effectuate their goals, foster the growth of their businesses, and protect their assets and reputations.

Prior to joining Carr McClellan, Genevieve started her career in the heart of Silicon Valley, working on business litigation matters for dominant technology and biotechnology clients. While there, she worked on cases involving securities issues, business disputes, intellectual property, and defamation for several large Silicon Valley companies. She also worked to resolve disputes for biotechnology and technology start-ups, working with companies of all sizes.

Genevieve has also enjoyed working on a wide range of pro bono matters that have allowed her to expand her legal skillset beyond traditional business litigation, including veterans appellate court, labor trafficking, and humanitarian parole matters. These experiences provided a unique perspective and approach that allow Genevieve to develop creative legal solutions for her clients.

In addition to traditional litigation, Genevieve also has experience in alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration.
